While earning my bachelor’s degree online and working full-time, I struggled to find time for creativity. My days were consumed by work, meals, and late-night school projects until 3 AM. To reconnect with my creative side, I committed to painting daily, even if it was just a few strokes. One night, after finishing a paper, I fell asleep reading a quote from the Tao Te Ching: "How can a man's life stay on course if he doesn't let it flow?" That night, an image came to me in a dream, and I quickly woke up painted it, then promptly went back to sleep.

The next morning, I discarded the painting, thinking it wasn’t much. But a friend found it in the trash and insisted I keep it. Over time, this painting resonated with many, and prints of it have been sold to people who deeply connect with it. I’m grateful for that friend who saved it!
